From the back office login screen https://homeoffice.healthyhome.com/HealthyHome/Account/LogOn?ReturnUrl=%2fHealthyHome%2fHome%2fIndex

Click on "Forgot your password?"

Enter your member ID into the box and hit "Send"

You will receive a email to the email on file of your HealthyHome account.

Click on the link

At this point you will be asked to create a new password

All passwords must be 8 characters, at least one number and one symbol and you can not use the same password twice
