Placing a Personal Order

1. Login to your Personal Back Office

2. Click on the "Place an Order" link
3. Select the product you want to order and quantity.
4. Click the "Cart" in the top right corner

5. Review your cart for accuracy and click "Checkout"
6. Validate that your shipping address is complete
7. If you want to use any Product Credits or Home Wallet Credits you can click "Apply" or click "Only use a portion of this credit" if you only want to partially pay for this order
   1. Note that the use of product credits will lower the volume of the order accordingly. Taxes cannot be paid using product credits.
8. Check the Terms and Conditions Box and then click "Place your Order" or if paying with credit card click "Proceed to Payment"
9. If paying with credit card, enter the credit card information and click "Submit"
