Tracking My Order
- Login to your personal Back Office
- From the "Orders" drop down menu" click "Personal Orders"
- From the order you are trying to track click on "Track Order"
- Click on the tracking number hyperlink
- Depending on what carrier your order was shipped with you may have few extra steps to get to the carries website to provide you with your tracking
Example: USPS
The box will pre-populate with the tracking number, click "Track Package"
This will give you the summary of your tracking information
If you want a more detailed report of your tracking, click " View on USPS"
