Placed a New Member in the Wrong Spot?
If you accidentally placed a new Member in the wrong position in your genealogy, please contact our Support Team at support@healthyhome.com.
Placement Change Guidelines
All requests must be submitted within the week of enrollment.
Placement moves are not guaranteed, as HealthyHome considers several factors including:
- Commission payouts
- Additional enrollments
- Overall impact to the genealogy structure
Information Required in Your Request
When emailing support, please provide:
- Name and ID of the account you wish to move
- Name and ID of the account you want them placed directly under
- Indicate which leg (Right or Left) for the new placement
Processing Time
Please allow up to 48 hours for any approved placement change to reflect in your back office.
