Placed a New Member in the Wrong Spot?

If you accidentally placed a new Member in the wrong position in your genealogy, please contact our Support Team at support@healthyhome.com.

Placement Change Guidelines

  • All requests must be submitted within the week of enrollment.

    Placement moves are not guaranteed, as HealthyHome considers several factors including:

    • Commission payouts
    • Additional enrollments
    • Overall impact to the genealogy structure

Information Required in Your Request

When emailing support, please provide:

  1. Name and ID of the account you wish to move
  2. Name and ID of the account you want them placed directly under
  3. Indicate which leg (Right or Left) for the new placement

Processing Time

Please allow up to 48 hours for any approved placement change to reflect in your back office.
