HealthyHome Product Credits

Product Credits are a great way to save on your HealthyHome purchases. Please review the following guidelines to ensure you use them correctly:

Personal Orders Only – Product Credits can only be applied to one-time personal orders.
Not for Subscriptions – They cannot be applied to any Subscription orders.
Expiration – All Product Credits expire 90 days after the date of issue. Be sure to use them before they expire.
Non-Transferable – Product Credits are issued to your account only and cannot be transferred to others.
Volume Impact – Using Product Credits will reduce both QV (Qualifying Volume) and CV (Commissionable Volume) on your order. The reduction will match the percentage of the order that is paid with Product Credits.
Sales Tax Exclusion – Product Credits cannot be applied to the sales tax portion of your order.

If you place a $100 order and use $20 in Product Credits (20% of the order):

You will only receive 80% of the QV and CV for that order.
You will still need to pay the sales tax and any remaining balance using another form of payment.
