Spend Back Credits


Spend Back Credits are credits that may be applied toward future HealthyHome purchases.

How Spend Back Credits Work

When Spend Back Credits are issued:

  • Full QV (Qualifying Volume) is awarded on the order.
  • Reduced CV (Commissionable Volume) is awarded.
  • Spend Back Credits cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Spend Back Credits can only be used toward personal orders.
  • Spend Back Credits cannot be used on subscription orders.

Using Your Spend Back Credits

When placing an eligible personal order, available Spend Back Credits may be applied toward the purchase. Any remaining balance can be paid using an available payment method.

Spend Back Credits are intended to provide value toward future HealthyHome purchases and are not a cash-equivalent credit.

Please note: Spend Back Credits cannot be applied to subscription orders.
